📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans.
• Monitor and optimize production processes using tools like SAP and MES systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Manage inventory and supply chain to minimize downtime and costs.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Certifications in food safety and quality management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) are a plus.
• Proficient in using production management software like SAP and MES.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Indonesia.
