📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability of fresh categories.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct market analysis and trend research to inform merchandising decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure the best products and pricing.
• Train and mentor merchandising staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for fresh products.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote fresh categories effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a focus on fresh products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing merchandising strategies and inventory.
• Strong knowledge of retail software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in Retail Merchandising or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
