📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct data analysis using Minitab, Excel, and Power BI to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean principles and best practices.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data on production processes, cycle times, and defect rates.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address quality issues and production bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including standard work instructions and flowcharts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on Lean Manufacturing techniques and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a similar process improvement methodology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
