📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Design and implement BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations to present insights effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity through robust data governance practices.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the BI and data analytics field.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a SQL Developer and BI expert.
Proficiency in SQL, including advanced techniques for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
