As a Mechanic at PT Wahana Inti Selaras, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of John Deere agricultural equipment. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their machinery is operating at peak efficiency, providing them with the support they need to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on John Deere agricultural equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Work with clients to schedule and perform maintenance services.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in John Deere technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Certified in John Deere equipment maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as John Deere Service Information System (SIS).
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
