📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for field teams, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and performance of field teams.
• Assess the training needs of field teams and design customized training solutions to address those needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to field teams, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from field teams and making data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
• Collaborate with the field operations team to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives and goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with field teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on field teams or sales teams.
• Proficient in using training management software such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and develop a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the retail or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively within Bali and other regions as needed.
