📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to meet daily food production targets.
- Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
- Learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking techniques as required.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of food preparation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: ovens, stoves, grills, and food processors.
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety regulations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
