• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize inventory levels using tools like SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Implement and manage marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement store-specific initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a retail team and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with retail management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with marketing and promotional strategies in a retail environment.
