Bumi Inti Sentosa is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served efficiently.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
