📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospecting and qualifying potential customers through phone calls and emails
• Managing and updating customer data in CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Setting up and attending meetings with potential customers to discuss their needs and present our products or services
• Negotiating deals and closing sales with potential customers
• Providing excellent customer service and support to existing customers
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and progress
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
