📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and cook food in a timely and efficient manner.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special event planning and execution.,Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
