Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and risks.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor and maintain site equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and submit regular reports on site progress, issues, and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or project management.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successful project management and execution.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
