Data Village Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and dining experiences to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere in Indonesia. We are offering a competitive salary of Rp 25.000.000 – Rp 30.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop our restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Ensure that our restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
