📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
  • Ensuring that all mechanical systems meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing new products and technologies, as well as improving existing ones.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to other teams and departments.
  • Conducting research and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure that all mechanical systems are produced to the highest standards.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Mentoring and developing the skills and knowledge of junior mechanical engineers in the team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on design and development.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of mechanical engineers.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
