📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business needs.,Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.,Train and support end-users on new technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
