CV Wardhana Kencana is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase market share, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand business connections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
