As an Assistant Waitress, you will be responsible for assisting the head waitress in serving customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the head waitress in serving customers and taking orders.

Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.

Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and drinks.

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assisting with cash handling and payment processing.

Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Assisting with inventory management and restocking.

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school education.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 kg.

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.
