📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.),Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media metrics and insights to the management team,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
