📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the students.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement, participation, and academic success.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.,Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes.,Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities to enhance the overall student experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other academic information.,Promote a safe and respectful school environment by enforcing school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians.,Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian law.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
