Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and glassware.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, and ensure timely delivery to the table.,Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions, and recommend suitable menu items.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and expenses.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.,Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing Éclat Gourmand with pride and enthusiasm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end dining establishment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.,Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.,Professional and polished appearance, with a strong commitment to personal grooming and hygiene.
