📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the breeding programs to ensure optimal productivity and quality of fish stocks.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of breeding performance.
  • Develop and implement breeding strategies to improve fish growth rates and survival rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture breeding programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving breeding programs.
  • Strong knowledge of aquaculture techniques, genetics, and nutrition.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in aquaculture.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
