📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the reception desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Greet and assist guests, providing information and support as needed.,Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.,Monitor and manage the front desk budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Train and mentor junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and team management experience.
