CV Nusantara Indah is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
