📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the backend systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.,Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience as a backend developer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, etc.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.,Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
