📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the jewelry department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and train a team of 5-8 sales associates to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage inventory using SAP and Excel to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Ensure high standards of product presentation and customer service.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor sales performance and provide reports to the store manager.
• Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems like SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
