📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff to achieve organizational goals.,Handle operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.,Participate in business planning and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and operations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
