📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management on HR-related matters.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Support the company's efforts to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
