Apotek Oka Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards. If you are passionate about food and have a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing production schedules and workflows,Support the production team in maintaining cleanliness and organization,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members,Support the production manager in implementing quality control measures,Assist in preparing and maintaining production reports,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of food production processes and procedures,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations,Basic computer skills and experience with office software,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
