Hokian Zahra Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be compensated with a monthly salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 13.000.000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for customers,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders,Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and supplies,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure,Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation,Assist in the training and development of new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
