As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading our delivery team to ensure timely and efficient food delivery services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery personnel to ensure efficient and timely food delivery services.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized delivery area.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food during transit to ensure it reaches the customer in good condition.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and work towards resolving them to maintain customer satisfaction.,Keep accurate records of delivery times, customer feedback, and other relevant information.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and learning.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that all team members do the same.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food delivery industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.,Familiarity with the use of delivery management software and apps.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
